Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free standard shipping on shop orders over $75.00.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

How long until my order ships? We normally ship within 1-2 business days but often on the same day as your order as long as it is received by 1pm PST. You will receive an email once your order is being packed and another once the carrier has received your package. Do you offer discrete packaging? For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes There will be no mention of Cannabox on your package.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each 30th day after the inception of the subscription

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
